This is a renovation project we had in Spruce Grove. For the shower we began by installing the waterproofing Schluter Kerdi Membrane using Premium Plus Mortar. The 12×24 tile is set in a random staggered pattern with a waterfall mosaic insert. This is a basement bathroom, and as a result there are no windows. The ventilation of air in rooms such as these is often poor, so the owners had us tile the ceiling as well to prevent any water damage. The ceiling and shower floor were both tiled using a hexagonal mosaic tile. Lastly, the bathroom floor was set with the same 12×24 pattern with 253 Gold Laticrete Mortar. To complete the job we used a high performance, stain resistant Prism Grout.
